    • Damage caused by our factory or the carrier.
    • Receiving an item different from what was ordered.
  • For other issues not listed above, we offer a partial refund (excluding shipping fees). Please note that there may be a 20% discrepancy between advertised images and the actual item due to factors like lighting or monitor display.

    • Photos or video of the defective product
    • For printing errors, include images of the error.
    • For sizing issues, include a measuring tape or ruler in the photos.
    • If items are missing, provide images of the received items and the shipping label.
  • Our support team will review the provided materials. If the item is eligible, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Refunds or replacements are generally not accepted for customer errors such as:
    • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.
    • Failure to review the design preview carefully.
  • Please review your order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

2. Lost or Missing Items

2.1 Timeframe

  • Our policy for lost or missing items is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
  • If your order has not been updated for over 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international), you may request a replacement or refund. Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form with your order number.

  • Refunds or replacements are generally not accepted for customer errors such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Please verify your address carefully before placing your order.

3. Replacement and Refund Process

  • As our products are customized, we do not accept returns. You may choose to donate, keep, or dispose of the item at your convenience. Replacement items will follow the same processing and shipping timeframe as a new order. Refer to our shipping policy for more details.
  • For refunds, you will receive a confirmation once the process is complete. Please allow 7-10 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
